The OBJECTIVES of the Federation of Malaysia Freight Forwarders are:
- To speak with one voice in respect of issues and other policy matters of the freight forwarding industry in Malaysia.
- To collate and disseminate information to members and other related bodies.
- To provide vocational and arbitrator services to members.
- To liaise with various International bodies such as United Nations Economic & Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP), the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
- To enhance and develop the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry in Malaysia.
- To promote international networking among members.
